All bookings are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
1.1 Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management may provide quotations without a site visit by requesting photographs or detailed descriptions of the waste or items to be removed.
1.2 A binding contract is established between Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management and the customer upon acceptance of the quotation, whether via telephone, email, text message, or any other communication method.
1.3 Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management reserves the right to amend the quoted price if, at the time of the clearance, the actual volume, weight, type, or nature of the waste differs from that originally described by the customer.
1.4 If additional ‘chargeable’ items are discovered that were not disclosed at the time of quotation, these will be added to the final invoice. The company will make every effort to inform the customer before proceeding with removal of such items.
2.1 Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management will aim to provide services on the agreed date and time, however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, an alternative date will be arranged as soon as reasonably possible.
2.2 Adequate parking for our vehicles must be provided by the customer and must not compromise the safety of our staff or members of the public.
2.3 The customer is responsible for supplying any and all relevant information that may affect our ability to complete the clearance safely and efficiently.
2.4 By accepting our quotation, the customer grants Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management full authorisation to collect and dispose of the agreed waste or items.
2.5 The customer agrees to indemnify Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management from any additional costs or claims from third parties due to a lack of full authority for us to carry out the clearance.
2.6 If dangerous or prohibited substances (including but not limited to asbestos, hazardous chemicals, or human/animal waste) are discovered without prior written disclosure, Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management reserves the right to terminate the job immediately and refuse further collections.
2.7 The customer is responsible for ensuring all sharp or hazardous objects are safely stored or clearly identified prior to clearance.
3.1 All payments must be made in full before Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management leaves site with the waste, unless the customer has a pre-approved credit account with us.
3.2 Any customer without a pre-approved account will be required to pay in full prior to removal of the waste.
3.3 Commercial customers wishing to pay on credit terms must have an account set up and approved in advance of the job date.
3.4 Domestic customers are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of the job (and prior to the removal of any waste).
4.1 Invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 In the event of late payment, Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management reserves the right to apply:
5.1 The company reserves the right to withhold the 50% deposit if the customer cancels after booking confirmation.
5.2 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled clearance by emailing dmgwaste@gmail.com or calling 07939 150757.
6.1 If waste differs in type, weight, or volume from that described at booking, additional charges may apply.
6.2 Additional charges may also apply where access is more difficult than disclosed (including but not limited to stairs, restricted parking, longer carrying distances, or locked/unprepared access points).
7.1 Ownership of waste transfers to Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management once it has been collected and paid for in full.
7.2 Until full payment is received, all collected waste remains the property of the customer, and the company reserves the right to return it without liability.
8.1 Waste Transfer Notes and/or Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes will be provided after job completion where applicable.
8.2 Customers must retain these documents for their own records in compliance with legal requirements.
8.3 Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management retains copies of these documents electronically for a reasonable period.
9.1 Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate a job if it poses health and safety risks, involves prohibited waste, or if the customer fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
10.1 Due to safety, legal, and environmental regulations, Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management cannot remove or transport the following:
11.1 Jobs located more than 40 minutes’ travel time from BH11 will incur an additional charge of £60 + VAT per hour for travel time beyond this limit.
11.2 This fee covers additional time and fuel costs associated with servicing areas outside our main operating zone.
12.1 The customer is legally responsible for ensuring that the waste presented for collection matches the description provided during booking.
12.2 Any incorrect or false declaration may result in legal consequences under waste disposal regulations.
13.1 The customer is responsible for ensuring suitable access and parking for our vehicles at the time of clearance.
13.2 Any parking fees, permits, or fines incurred due to lack of suitable arrangements will be added to the customer’s invoice.
14.1 If our team is delayed in starting work due to customer-related delays (including but not limited to lack of access, waste not being ready, or waiting for payment), a charge of £60 per hour per team will be applied after a 15-minute grace period.
15.1 Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
15.2 No payment details are stored on our systems.
15.3 Photographs or videos of the clearance may be used for social media, our website, or other advertising, but no personal or private information will be shared without permission.
15.4 Customers wishing to opt out of photo/video use must notify us in writing prior to the commencement of work.
16.1 Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management may use subcontractors to carry out certain services.
16.2 Subcontractors remain independently responsible for their own work but must meet our standards for waste handling, disposal, and customer service.
16.3 Subcontractors agree to indemnify and hold Gent Brothers Limited Trading As DMG Waste Management harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their work.
17.1 Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of job completion.
17.2 We will aim to resolve disputes amicably, but failing that, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18.1 By booking our services, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
